BBB / Bootycore

BBB/Bootycore is the class to target your glutes, legs and abs. Expect an energetic workout where you work on strength and stability. A class fierce class, gives results and where many athletes quickly become fans.

Bbb / Bootycore in Leeuwarden

During this class you will train in our group room with professional guidance from our instructor. The instructor takes care of the right build-up, technique and variation, so you work effectively on your core and lower body every week. The atmosphere is motivating and accessible, everyone can join at his or her own level.

What does a bbb / bootycore class look like?

After a short warm-up you will start with targeted exercises for your abdomen, buttocks and legs. Sometimes in circuit form, sometimes in class, the format varies from week to week, but the intensity and effectiveness remain the same. Think squats, glute bridges, core variations and dynamic combinations. Because of the pace and variety, you will not only train strength, but also your fitness.

BBB / bootycore: something for me?

This class is suitable for anyone who wants to get stronger and improve his/her core. Beginner or advanced: you always work at your own level and decide how hard you make it. The instructor will help you with technique and adjustments where needed.

I have no experience with fitness, can I join?

Yes, but please consult with the instructor beforehand. We can modify exercises so you can participate responsibly. Want to build some basic fitness or strength first? Then you can start with light strength training in our gym with a targeted workout schedule from our trainers.
