Dance fit

Dance Fit is energetic, rhythmic and most of all fun. You'll combine dance moves with cardio exercises to pop and hip-hop music, working on your fitness and training your whole body in a short amount of time.

The class is held in our spacious group exercise room with a motivating atmosphere and powerful music. The instructor provides varied combinations and movements that are easy to follow, but also sure to challenge you.

What does a dance fit class look like?

You start with a short warm-up to get into the rhythm. This is followed by dance sequences, of different choreographyën, with a mix of different dance styles.

Dance fit: something for me?

This class is perfect for anyone who loves moving to music and is looking for an effective, upbeat workout. You don't have to have dance experience, it's all about fun, energy and getting a good sweat.

I don't have a rhythm sense, can I join?

Yes! The combinations are accessible and the instructor builds the class slowly. The more often you come, the faster you will pick up the moves. The most important thing is that you move and have fun doing it.
