Learn boxing in a safe and effective way

Fitboxing at AIKON gym is dé perfect blend of technique, fitness and strength. You work with punching bags, pads and body exercises, without sparring or physical contact. This allows everyone to safely get introduced to boxing technique én challenge themselves at an intense level.

Every class is full of energy and action

The instructor guides you through various combinations of jabs, hooks, uppercuts and footwork. In between, you pick up strength and cardio exercises to train the whole body. The pace is fast, but always at your own level you decide how hard you make the class.

Suitable for anyone who wants to bang

Whether you want to get stronger, release stress or boost your fitness, Fitboxing is an ideal class. You can borrow boxing gloves for a trial class and then bring your own pair. Fitboxing is on the class schedule every other week, making each session feel fresh, challenging and motivating.
