Hit (high-intensity training)

HIT is short, powerful and intense. In a relatively short period of time, you work really hard on your fitness, explosiveness and fat burning. The variety and pace make this class challenging én addictive.

Hit at Aikon Gym

During HIT, you'll train in our gym with materials such as kettlebells, battle ropes, plyo-boxes barbells and dumbbells. The intensity is high, but you always decide how heavy you go. The energy in the group, the enthusiasm of the trainer and the pace of the class ensure that you get more out of yourself than you think you can.

What does a hit class look like?

You work in intervals: short, vigorous efforts interspersed with short recovery times. Think sprints, power sets, explosive exercises and full-body movements. Classes usually take place in circuit format, but occasionally we surprise you with a classroom class. The instructor guides you through the entire workout, building the class logically and monitoring the intensity. In 45 minutes, you'll have a great workout.

Hit: something for me?

For the HIT class, it is important that you already have athletic experience, since the intensity is high, it is desirable that you can also self-assess your technique. Of course, our trainer is there to help you as well. The class challenges you to push boundaries. Perfect if you want to get fitter, stronger and faster.

I don't have top fitness yet, can I join?

Sure, but your own warm-up is desirable and basic fitness helps to follow the intervals well. If you have no fitness experience then it is recommended to get some experience in the gym first. Our instructors would like to guide you with an appropriate training schedule. Make an appointment for that at the front desk or find contact through our mail.
