Indoor cycling: something for me?
Young, old. Experienced or beginner. The great thing about spinning is that everyone can join in, at his or her own level. You decide how hard you train. In the gym, everyone is equal. You can only win from yourself.
I'm not in shape, can I join?
Consult with our instructor. To train responsibly and keep up in class, you do need basic fitness. You can also get in shape first in the gym.
