Pilates Pro at AIKON GYM is designed for athletes looking for more of a challenge than in a regular Pilates class. You work more intensively on deep trunk muscles, stability and body control, with exercises that require more technique and give more results. The focus is on conscious movement, precise execution and strengthening the core of your body.
For experienced athletes and serious builders
This class is geared toward participants who are already familiar with the basics of Pilates and are ready to take the next step. The instructor supports you with technical instructions, variations and corrections so that each movement has optimal effect. You will train in a controlled manner, focusing on muscles that you often use less in everyday movement.
Perfect for progression and recovery
Pilates Pro is ideal if you want to move stronger, more stable and efficientëner, but also if you are recovering from injuries and want to refine your technique. The gentle but intense build-up will increase both strength and mobility in a safe way. With each class you develop more control, better posture and a strong foundation for any kind of movement.
