Professional guidance during every session
Would you like to train with intensive guidance, but not (any longer) on a one-to-one basis? Small Group Training offers the same targeted approach as personal training, but in a small group (4 to 6 people). You’ll follow a clear programme and receive guidance during the session, whilst training alongside others working towards a similar goal.
